From the moment we contacted Caribbean Planning to help us with our destination wedding in San Juan, Puerto Rico,we were confident that we found the best fit for our needs. Olga and her staff went to work immediately since we only had a few months to pull it off. Olga suggested we wed at the InterContinental Resort & Casino located in Carolina. It turned out to be a beautiful hotel. Our wedding guests were very happy with the accommodations and we had a blast. We are so happy with how things worked out and our wedding day was absolutely perfect.

Both Chad and I had a wonderful time and were pleased with how our wedding turned out. Amazingly enough, our photographer took 2100 pictures!! Aixa was extremely organized asked a number of questions which I had not thought of myself, she always provided her opinion but was 100% open to changes if I wanted something else. She was always available and paid attention to everything going on so she could take care of any issues or needs without needing to bother me with anything. Her attitude was wonderful and so upbeat and positive. She managed everything with a smile and poise. I would definitely recommend working with her again. Thanks again for all of your help. We chose to work with Caribbean Planning for our destination wedding without even having the opportunity to meet Olga first. We were a little nervous because of that, and because we weren’t able to get to Puerto Rico to “test” any of our vendors. We are incredibly glad that we chose Olga! The coordinators worked for over 12 hours and were there until the last guest left the reception.
