In addition, we will personally take you and your fiancée through the intimidating process of obtaining a marriage license in Puerto Rico. The Diamond Wedding Package includes the following: Planning and Management - One-on-one Coordination services from moment of contract until the end of the wedding day;
- Recommend sites and provide Client with pictures of recommended sites;
- Recommend vendors (florist, photographer, celebrant, videographer) and provide Client with samples of each vendor’s work;
- Inform Client about fair prices and details of the industry to ensure he/she makes informed decisions;
- Advise Client of details he/she might be overlooking in order to create their vision… we also have some creative ideas;
- Advise on wedding protocol;
- Establish and manage event logistics;
- Help create a theme/design for your event;
- Contact, meet and negotiate with Client’s vendors;
- Translate contracts to English if they are in Spanish;
- Client will have the advantage of sending boxes of ceremony and reception supplies to our address on the island.

Wedding Week - Provide assistance in obtaining marriage certificate in Puerto Rico;
- Follow up with contracted vendors;
- Create a wedding day itinerary and timeline;
- Meet with bride/groom and wedding party to discuss and finalize the details and the timeline of the event.
Wedding Day - Caribbean Planning will be at the ceremony and reception sites to monitor vendors, deliveries and the overall preparation (while the bride, groom and their family members are getting ready and relaxing prior to the event);
- Assist bride, groom and wedding party throughout the protocol (pin flowers on attendants, distribute bouquets, etc.);
- Coordinate to ensure no detail is overlooked, that wedding day itinerary is followed, and that unforeseen circumstances are managed promptly, and in a professional and creative way;
- Distribute vendors’ last payments.
